Dibenyline blocks adrenaline and noradrenaline from acting on alpha receptors in the walls of blood vessels. The allows blood to pass more easily through the blood vessels, allows the vessels to relax and widen, and reduces blood pressure in the vessels.
Side effects include fatigue, stuffy nose, issues with ejaculation, constriction of the pupils, increased heart rate, orthostatic hypotension accompanied with lightheadedness and dizziness, and abdominal problems, such as constipation, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or vomiting.

This can cause dizziness, unsteadiness, and, in rare case, fainting. Make sure you switch positions slowly and sit or lie down if you feel dizzy.
